Ishaq has vast experience coming from a pure finance and tax environment. His commercial exposure ranges from Blue chip 100 companies like Vivendi and Trinity Group, where at Vivendi he has managed over £1 billion in cash treasury, to raising over £20m from Venture Capitalists and Capital markets for Categoric Soft Ltd, a new generation of IT solutions and networks.

He has been on the Board of Directors of both UK and USA entities, therefore enabling him to understand UK and US practices. Ishaq has led many mergers, acquisitions and tax planning projects both here in the UK and abroad, with a vast knowledge in corporate and business law, corporate governance and human resources.
