Stephen Hemsley

Chairman

Stephen qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and in 1984 joined the venture capital specialists 3i, rising to the position of Investment Director with direct responsibility for an offshore investment portfolio of approximately £100 million. In 1994, after a brief return to the profession, Stephen joined an international computer services company as Finance Director, which became one of the first to float on the newly launched AIM market in 1995.

Stephen joined the Domino's Pizza (UK&IRL) plc (DOM) as Finance Director in 1998 and saw the Company through its admission to AIM in 1999. In 2001, he was appointed Chief Executive and led the company through a period of rapid expansion. In 2008 he became Executive Chairman and saw the company through graduation to the main market and entry into the FTSE 250.
